I recently booked an apartment in Cheltenham through and was told I had been up-graded at the last minute. The apartment we were up-graded to was amazing (7 Queen's Parade) and I just wanted to say thank you! I'd booked the apartment originally as a birthday treat for my partner along with a trip to the races so for us to be upgraded to this beautiful apartment topped the weekend off completely. I just wanted to thank you for an excellent weekend. Our apartments were lovely and we had everything we needed. Everyone was extremely impressed. But most of all the Spartie was excellent! It was the perfect way to spend Saturday afternoon after a heavy night on Friday. The therapists were professional, friendly and immediately put us at ease. Our treatments were incredible! I thought the package was great value for money and I’m now trying to think of an excuse to do it all again. Thanks once again P.S. The taxi company really looked after us, thank you for the recommendation.


Just like to say a big thank you for a brilliant weekend! the spa was really gorgeous and everyone was really happy with the apartments. I must admit I was a little concerned as I had read on the net that someone thought they were unclean. This is completely untrue! They were spotless! Just a thought - I think we may have left some of the mugs from flat 5 in flat 4's dishwasher. I will highly recommend Serviced Properties packages in the future and I hope to take advantage of the packages again!


Well what can I say! Our weekend was fabulous, far better than I could have ever expected J The whole concept of Serviced Properties is amazing and Cheltenham is a perfect location for a ladies weekend! Douglas House was simply superb and I have to say a huge “Thank you” to Lee for all his hard work in making sure the house was ready for us and for putting up with me and my panicking a few days prior to our arrival!!! The customer service I have received from you Sam has been excellent (please make sure Lee knows!) and the quality with regards to value for money was amazing. All of the girls were thrilled with their weekend and have asked me to email them all with links to Serviced Properties and also Anthony & Paul who were simply divine. Just a quick note to say thank you very much for organising the apartment for us, at such late notice! The place was amazing and as our boat location changed it worked out to be a perfect location. Client stayed at the Millennium Apartments in Cheltenham - I would just like to say a big thank you for a briliant hen weekend. The Spa was fantastic - really friendly staff and very stylish place (I want to live there!), The apartments were nice and clean and we had no trouble picking up keys etc. - They were in a fantastic location - across the road from the Spa and bars! We went for a lovely meal to the Daffodil - highly recomended - fantastic staff and the setting was beautiful! Even the taxi drivers in Cheltenham were friendly! Anyway, thanks again for all your help and tolerating all those phone calls with changes in numbers!


Client stayed at the Imperial Court apartments, Cheltenham - thank-you for all your help, the 40th Birthday surprise all went to plan. The apartments were lovely and so central which was excellent for shopping and just a short stroll for dinner. The meal at Brasserie Blanc delicious and the service we received fantastic, the little extras of the champagne and decorations on the table made it a wonderful evening. The day in the Spa just wonderful and everyone felt very chilled out and relaxed. We are just waiting for the next Birthday to give us an excuse to do it all over again! From start to finish the organisation was great and whenever I phoned you whoever I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The flat was perfect and the Spa Day exactly what we wanted.
